Royal Doulton china brown & white springer spaniel model no. HN2517

This china model of a brown & white springer spaniel is by Royal Doulton.

The model was designed by Frederick Daws in c1938 and appears to have been in production until the 1980s.

The number "HN2517 J" is on the underside of one paw with the green Royal Doulton back stamp used between 1928 -1973 on the underside of another paw.
